I KNOW THAT RUNNING AND ROAD RACING ARE POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS activities I will not enter the July 28, 2009 Yankee homecoming race unless I am medically able. I assume all risks associated with this race, including but not limited to falls, contact with other runners, effects of the weather including high temperature. I realize the race course is not shut down to traffic during the race. Having read this waiver I myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release all race organizers and workers, the USATF, Newburyoport School Committee the city of Newburyport workers and volunteers, all municipalities and sponsors from rights and claims for damage, injury and illness I may have from this event. I grant permission to all of the forgoing to use any photographs or record of this race for legitimate purposes certify my compliance with my signature.
